Law-making work (Institutional activities and commercial transactions)

Contributed to the establishment and launch of the Astana Financial Services Authority, an independent regulator carrying out financial and ancillary services and capital markets activities within the territory of AIFC.

Contributed to the establishment and launch of the AIFC Court and AIFC International Arbitration Centre by facilitating approval of the AIFC Court Regulations and AIFC Arbitration Regulations with the relevant authorities.

Contributed to the establishment and launch Astana International Exchange, including development and approval of shareholder and other corporate agreements with NASDAQ, Goldman Sachs, Shanghai Stock Exchange, Silk Road Fund.

Contributed to the establishment, launch, and operation AIFC Academy of Law, a subsidiary of the AIFC Authority and an educational platform, established to provide educational legal programs on the AIFC Law.
